Our butter is handmade in small quantities from our own cream produced on the farm in the Barossa. It is churned in small batches using traditional processes, with a small amount of sea salt added for a extra flavour. The taste is of sweet cream with an amazing golden colour and velvet texture. The secret is the Jersey cows, the fresh pasture they graze and the artisan process which captures the full flavour of the cream.
Our butter is rich and creamy with low water content . It is brilliant served with fresh with bread, for use in finest baked products and for cooking.
